Our Story
Our story starts in a place similar to where you are right now. Some of us were international students and explorers who needed a way to send money from our home countries in order to pay for our adventures in Canada. Others worked closely with international students and saw how difficult it was for parents to monitor spending and help their children with budgeting when they were far apart.
We kept seeing problems – high exchange rates, slow transfers, lost credit cards, overspending – and we wanted to solve them. We decided that no parent should lose that important financial connection with their child, and no student should waste another moment worrying about how to pay during their time abroad.
We brought our diverse backgrounds, experiences, and skills together to create a way for parents to be present even from far away, and for students to have peace of mind that they have a reliable way to pay for their life in Canada.
